An AI-based, digital tool that you can chat with. This kind of system belongs under the category "generative AI".
The instructions/question (input) you write to the AI chatbot.
The answer/result you get back from the AI chatbot efter you prompted it.
Many AI chatbots today are multimodal, which means they can handle more than just text. Examples of formats: Text, image, audio/voice, tables, QR-codes, diagrams, unicode symbols, programming code, etc.
The AI model has not been trained on any data after a specific date, meaning after the AI model's "knowledge cut-off."
Bias exist in texts (data). AI chatbots are trained on text, so they inherit biases. AI chatbots can be biased in different ways.
When AI generates incorrect information.
Here is a separate module about AI hallucinations.

Agentic Workflow: When an autonomous agent works relatively independently towards a goal you have defined.
