AI as a partner (NOT a replacer)
Collaborate + Ensure quality

Most often, it is best to think like this:
AI should NOT replace us humans.
AI SHOULD complement/enhance us humans.
Collaborate with AI, and you will work more efficiently!
Definition: Human is part of the workflow.
Humans control quality & are responsible.
Some AI agents CAN work completely autonomously.
Risk: The quality of AI's work may vary.
I recommend: a human reviews the output.
AI can trigger strong emotions. It may be helpful to have thought through this: why it triggers emotions and how to talk about these matters.
A common belief is that "AI might take my job soon." Often (but perhaps not always) this is an exaggerated fear. This fear can also trigger anger.
I recommend that we view AI as a collaboration partner and not a replacement for us. This approach is important because it means that we cannot hand over responsibility and all work tasks to AI. We, as humans, must take full responsibility for our work regardless of whether we have used AI assistance or not. This approach (AI as a collaboration partner) can reduce the fear of being replaced by AI, which in turn can reduce anger, suspicion, and a negative attitude toward AI technology.
