"Generative AI" is sometimes abbreviated "GenAI".
An AI model that can generate relatively unique content based on training data and input.
Example: Analysis of X-ray images, when AI classifies/categorizes images.
Generative AI is not only about generating text. Examples of what some AI models can generate: text, code, images, audio, video.

Definition of "multimodal":
When AI systems (or AI models) can handle multiple input formats (for example more than just text).
Example: ChatGPT is a multimodal AI chatbot.
GenAI technology is in an experimental phase and GenAI services are developing/changing rapidly. Both bugs and overloaded servers are common in GenAI tools.
Strategy, short term:
Reload the webpage, or restart the browser/app.
Strategy, long term:
Use multiple different concepts/services.
Example: Two different AI chatbots + local inference on your own computer.
