When you learn to use AI, you are investing in the future.
At first, you may feel that you are losing time/energy.
Later, you will save time/energy.
Example, if you want to implement it step by step:
First: The Management Team Tests First
Use the same Business subscription across the team.
Share projects & GPTs within the team.
Test, learn the tool & draw conclusions.
Evaluate the service.
Decide:
Ready to implement across the rest of the organization?
Who should own/be responsible for the implementation?
What instructions/tips should be shared?
Then: Implement AI Across the Entire Organization
Do not postpone the issue of AI implementation too far into the future. The GenAI train keeps moving steadily forward, so get on board. Do not wait for the perfect moment.
Do you have all the necessary in-house expertise required to carry out AI implementation? If not, consider getting help from an external AI specialist for the implementation.

It is important that there is clear ownership/responsibility for the implementation, otherwise the work risks stopping at the testing phase.
Give the management team time to test first and draw lessons. Start on a small scale, follow up, and only scale up once you see a clear effect.
View AI implementation as a journey, where the benefits often come after the initial learning phase.

3️⃣ Write an AI Policy
• Write an AI policy - Subscription + Responsible person, DPA + Training data + Everyone in the organization needs a basic level of AI competence + Updated internal policy on the website (personal data in the prompt field)? + Rules for prompting
4️⃣ Implementation Part A
• The management team implements AI first.
• The management team tests new tools and ways of working for a period.
5️⃣ Training Part B - For Everyone in the Organization
• How the next steps will be carried out.
• More knowledge about how work can be optimized with AI.
6️⃣ Progress Report
• Evaluate, draw conclusions, improve before the next step.
7️⃣ Implementation Part B
• AI is implemented across the entire organization.
8️⃣ Final Report
• Evaluation, conclusions, responsibility for improvements & next steps.
