Industry monitoring: Monitor news for your industry, research, trends:

Research: Google Scholar alert: Here's how: scholar.google.com, on the left, click ☰, click "Alerts", you will be taken to a new page: make sure the correct Gmail address is selected, click the "Create alert" button, enter keyword(s) in the box, click the "Create alert" button again.
Trends: trends.google.com, Choose Sweden or United States, Enter keyword, Click Compare, Enter additional keyword (to compare trends), Select "Past 12 months", copy URL from address bar, create scheduled activity within ChatGPT: "Email me URL on the 15th of each month, with subject: Check Google Trends".

Let AI summarize text for you. Paste text from a webpage or document, or upload a file.
Here are different options to transcribe (and summarize) online meetings, listed from simplest to most advanced:
Word (Microsoft): Go to the "Home" tab, click "Dictate", then "Transcribe". In the dropdown menu, select your language, click "Start recording". Scroll down and click "Save and transcribe now". Click "Add to document" and select an option such as "With speakers and time stamps". The transcript will show as "Speaker 1," etc. For summarization, request assistance from ChatGPT or integrated Microsoft Copilot.
Built-in meeting tool features: Note that certain features are available only with specific subscriptions. Examples:
- Microsoft Teams: Top right corner, click "... More actions", select "Record and transcribe", then "Start transcription". To stop, click "... More actions", select "Stop transcription". Access via the "Meeting chat" or "Recap tab", click on "View transcript"; under "AI notes", you'll find the "AI summary".
Fireflies.ai (not to be confused with Adobe Firefly): Invite an AI assistant into the meeting that handles both transcription and summarization.
